I love going to Physical Therapy &Wellness. I've had prior treatments and they are wonderful. So after my shoulder surgery there was no doubt where I would be going. Everyone is awesome, friendly, compassionate about their work. This time I have Dale and Mike again awesome, friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable. They explain everything they are doing and why they are doing it. Now..Physical therapy isn't easy but they make it bearable as much as they can. I recommend them 100%.

Recently wrapped up therapy for an ACL injury. I was new to the whole PT process and found support and growth from the team here. Jordan and Nolan were excellent to work with. They were fully invested in my recovery. They paid attention to what my body could handle and pushed me to be stronger. I honestly feel better physically now post injury (and post PT) than I did before I got hurt. Thank you again Jordan, Nolan, and the whole team for helping me get back on the road to the athlete I used to be.

If you really want to get better you go here to still work here behind off to in my case strengthen my knees. They work me pretty hard and that's the only way to get better
